In August 2002, Elisabeth and Philippe Morizot fell in love with Brittany,
with Petit Keriquel, with its history and put down their roots in La Chapelle Caro.

Elisabeth and Philippe welcome you to their three-star Hotel Restaurant,
situated 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan, 20 minutes from the legendary Forest of Broceliande and 40 minutes from Rennes by the express motorway. T
his peaceful little Breton village is an ideal spot for visiting the region.

Within the categories of Restaurant de Terroir (country restaurant), Qualité France, Restaurant de tourisme, we offer traditional cooking, according to the seasons
and where all our dishes are made in house.


Our rooms are comfortable and will give you a foretaste of storybook walks
and the discoveries waiting for you in our pretty region.



Breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.  We offer a buffet with fresh produce and the possibility of a continental breakfast served in your room if pre-ordered.

Please let us know of any allergies when you make your reservation so that we can provide
the necessary produce.


We have a terrace in a tree lined garden where you can take a glass or two and relax.


The restaurant is open from 12 midday
to 1.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
Our chef offers traditional home made cooking.  Our produce is fresh, some are organic sourced not far from the restaurant. 
Menus start at 15.90 euros and more choices
on the à la carte menu.
Children’s menu 9.90 euros.


Room service and laundry are available.We are here to advise and help you in your choice of visits.


Classed as a three star hotel, we have seven comfortable rooms with high speed internet access, a welcome booklet for your visits, flat screen television, hair drier.

Overnight stops for business travellers in a single room and half board for a couple or family in a double room are available.

Parking is free with a recharging point

Passionate about cooking, our chef Philippe Morizot has worked in France and abroad in starred restaurants. His wish is to discover more flavours, and recipes based on fresh seasonal products.
